Conflict Dynamics International (“CDI”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, including online and through use of our products. This privacy policy sets out how CDI uses and protects any information that you give us when you use our website or applications.

Information Collected by CDI

We may collect the following information about you:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
  • Details of transactions you carry out through our site.

CDI does not collect personally identifiable information unless you provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. This means we do not require you to register or provide information to us to view our site. For example, personally identifiable information (names, addresses, zip/postal codes, email addresses, etc.) may be collected to respond to a stated desire to apply for a position, make a donation online or sign up to be part of a mailing list. This information is available to CDI and other service providers involved in the operation of this site. Personally identifiable information will be collected from users opening accounts on our mobile applications.

We may collect information that you make available online from third parties such as data from social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) when you interact with us using these platforms.

CDI uses the above-described information to tailor our content to suit your needs and help us better understand our audience’s demographics. As such, the data processing of your personal information is legally based on our legitimate interests, taking into consideration our reasonable mutual expectations in the achievement of our purpose.

We may share your data with several carefully selected third parties, all of which are contractually obligated to act on our instructions and in accordance with current data protection legislation.
